Update Cross statistics as well as survey statistics to 64bit

These two programs are getting relied on however they can not handle the larger datasets that users are starting to generate.

HYPLOT MAX - More options for matrix display

In HYPLOT you can turn the borders of the matrix on or off, as well as select Survey Depth, Dredge Depth, Channel - Dredge Depth, etc. These options would also be beneficial in HYPLOT MAX.

Sort Raw/Edited Data files by Chainage - Ascending/Descending
