Allow generation of centerline from parallel lines
Add the ability to add a center line from parallel lines or stations. Handy as come clients have old line files that are missing the centerline and they need to base things off centerline.

It annoying and 99% of the time not necessary to have a different cell width and height. This should be combined for ease of use. If the option is still needed then add a check box to allow for a different cell height/width

Add ability to custom group files in the project tree.
A user should have the ability to create custom sub groups within the project items tree. So for instance under background files a user could create subgroups for say river miles with all background data placed into a river mile subgroup.
