Targets - drag and drop existing targets

Possibility to drag and drop existing targets on the Map like grip points of the border? This was requested by Martin Maloney (AB Ports, UK) back in 2020 and was on a TBS list in JIRA since then

      OK, I did not know you can drag existing target but this does work! I never even tried to do so using the Target icon on the screen tool panel LOL

      We may close this idea then.

      This feature is already supported in the Shell. Is the request for another part of the software?
