Move processing out of seperate programs and into the shell

Instead of having separate programs that are launched when processing have those processing applications take place in the shell. The map window can be utilized just link the main window in MBMax or SBMax. This would then give us access to all of the project items and grouping that already exist in the project items tab. This would also be suited to creating processing projects. We can also use the layouts feature to automatically pop up processing layout that contain processing tools etc. Do this as part of the process of creating a combined editing program.
