Add sort along line option in SBMAX

Currently tin is the only way to sort SB data along the survey line. We should implement this into the sort in SBMAX

    This exists in the tools menu in SBMAX64

    Thtis would probably be adding the Presort Routine from SBMAX to SBMAX64. This is already a ticket, but would be nice to expedite this.
