Ability to save all windows settings of HYPACK & HYSWEEP SURVEY in a separate file

Emile suggests to keep all of the windows settings (layout, size, enabled/disabled, minimized or restored etc. Right now some settings are stored in Survey32.ini, some in Hysweep.ini, some in WinCfg.ini which makes difficult to use exactly the same settings on various computers with different sensors installed. For example, if you have two boats with different equipment, you can't copy Survey32.ini as it has hardware settings together with the windows settings.

I think it is probably a good idea to keep all of survey windows settings in a single separate file.
