NOAATides driver

Christian Show sent this idea regarding NOAATides.dll:

NOAATides.dll seems to lock up SURVEY when there is no data to fill it’s requests on the noaa server.

It appears that when driver requests go unanswered through the pc internet gateway a timeout period occurs then survey suffers. It can take hours without internet for this to happen.

Removing the driver and survey will run normally with long internet blackouts. This is how we came to this conclusion.

It would be helpful if it acted like ntrip.dll where you could have a reconnect button if it timed out and long live survey
