SBMAX64-Echogram: ability to set the Vertical Scale of Echogram 10-15% bigger than Profile

Paul Davies from Austral is asking for that. He says: "It would also be good if the echogram window was profile window range plus 10%-15% as the acoustic trace often drops off the screen with the profile window zooms to full screen range."
