Targets in HYSCAN

Ability to pick a target (either in Waterfall or in Coverage Map) and edit it/remove it/change the properties.

When you open a target in Target Viewer inside SSTM, you can’t change it’s Width/Height/Length. Add ability to edit all target properties there.

When you save target image, resulting JPG does not show the red cross. It would be nice to have an option to keep it - could be handy if there are several contacts on the same image to understand what exact object is the target.
