Add controls for M3 sonar in driver

During the course with kongsberg in BC we were informed that they have the ability for sending remote commands from other software. This would make it possible to control all basic sonar functions within survey.

Auto digitizing of the singlebeam echogram

Would be great to have the ability to auto digitize the echogram. We have the signal and we can implement some basic filter/parameters to allow for auto digitizing of the bottom. Really helpful for when the sonar refuses to lock onto the bottom.

Implement version check between NPS.dll and coRTL.dll

Remove option to select geo tif images in Project Conversion utility

Tech support received a call asking why geo tif images are not converting properly using project conversion. I suggest we grey out the .tif files in the list of files to be selected.

PCAP playerback driver for survey

We have an internal tool in programming we use to replay pcap and pcapng files. Would be nice for testing and replaying data if it was a driver supporting TCP and UDP packets on their original ports.
