Ability to right click and fill a matrix in the shell

Add an option when a matrix is clicked in the shell to fill it. Option should bring up a selection for type of data to use, Raw, Sorted etc and then user can select a file. Remove the need to open up mapper.

    additional function. Click on data under Raw, Edited, Sorted and add option to fill MTX then user selects MTX to fill.
