Currently if there are target lables are adjusted as an all or nothing method. In cases where there are targets close together it would be nice to be able to move individual lables around so they can be easier to see.

Currently we have the ability to create LNW from DXF but it is only by right clicking in the shell. All ways of creating a LNW SHOULD be in the LNW editor as well.
