Allow MB autoprocessing to be used for batch processing as well.
User suggested at the conference. They often have more data then they can open up in one session due to ram. They would like to use the auto processing in the office to convert the HSX to HS2X overnight

When editing in ENC editor, if you make changes to targets in Shell, the changes don't reflect in ENC editor until you close the program and reopen it (even if you re-import targets). Having an option to scan for changes would be helpful.
