SURVEY - Freeze/Thaw command shortcut

Christian Chaw suggested to add a shortcut for the Freeze/Thaw Window command. He says if the windows of SURVEY are clogged it is hard to unfreeze them unless you delete survey32.ini. I think this is worth to add?

Ability to right click and fill a matrix in the shell

Add an option when a matrix is clicked in the shell to fill it. Option should bring up a selection for type of data to use, Raw, Sorted etc and then user can select a file. Remove the need to open up mapper.

Store Project directories, so they can be exported and reimported

Every time when Hypack is updated, you loose all Project Groups and have to manually add them. Would be really helpful if you can at least store all the Project Groups and reimport them after the update.
