Resolution of Radius in SBMAX64 Sort process

Ability to select what system the filters apply in MBMAX

If a user has open MB and Lidar data in the editor there is currently no way to have the filters only apply to the MB or Lidar data. We need a way to filter one but not the other. Some sort of system dropdown would be good.
