Add ability to georeference point clouds from scanning sonar systems.
Had a couple of inquiries about our ability to do this. It would be good especially for inspections. Currently I do not know another hydro software packages that can do this.

Hopefully this will be addressed in the Hardware revamp but need to add support for TSS over network in the Hysweep TSS driver. Currently you can only bring in TSS over network into Hypack.
There is no Sounding Adjustment procedure inside the SBMAX64. Also, standalone SA program does not support HS2X format. This is too bad for most of oust-USSR users as they still use it as a standard bar check procedure.
